My partner and I had a fantastic experience. The entire stay was great, from start to finish. The hotel was incredibly clean and spacious, which was a major factor in my decision to stay here. The cozy ambiance of the hotel was also a highlight for me. The decor and lightning made the atmosphere feel warm and welcoming, which was perfect for my stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Finally, the pricing was very fair. I felt like I got a great deal for the quality of the hotel, and it was well worth the price. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and affordable place to stay.

Staff went the extra mile with the customer. I had an injury from Tokyo, could only walk slowly. One staff lady organised for me a flat rate taxi for 4 hours sight seeing to a very good rate. I could do all what I wanted to do. I had two really good days in Manila. The airport made a huge transformation from the worst airport in Asia you could read online, now in 2023 to an airport with a really good architecture, so many friendly staff members only waiting to help you, much more than in Narita or Heathrow. I can now only recommend to use Manila Airport and the Hotel Lucky Chinatown. The atmosphere in the hotel is very good, the architecture great.

The location, accessible to most part of Binondo. its in the middle of the busiest part of Binondo and Divisoria. The hotel is connected to Lucky Chinatown Mall, walking distance to Binondo Church and Divisoria crowded shopping at the backside. With some research there are Lots of thing to do and go.The hotel is well maintained and clean. Since its spacious and modern, its pleasant to roam around. Staff are all helpful, courteous and polite.

Flow of shower water was great compared to the previous hotel we stayed at Convenience of closeby stores at the Mall - food, shopping etc Staff are generally sweet esp at the entrance, always very helpful , polite everytime you pass by I'm also a senior citizen n requested to have 2 rooms side by side n near the elevator. No promises yet IT WAS GRANTED. Appreciate it a lot

Great space, beautiful lobbies - there was even an art exhibit when we went. Located next to a mall with some good options for lunch and pasalubong. Rooms are comfortable, staff were good. The shower works well, including the temperature options. Our room had a tub, which was a treat. :)
